This one has one of the best backyards in all of Carlsbad right now. The interior is amazing but for this client, he was looking for something a little more beachy, light and open.

This one is in an amazing neighborhood and may be a fit.
6835 Moorhen Place Carlsbad, CA 92011
This was the first time we have been in the part of Aviara. I think the view should be great. He may like it, we'll find out soon.

We think this has the best chance. The only thing that is up in the air if how much traffic noise there is.
I have toured other homes nearby and personally don't think it is overwhelming.
